how do you propose to fund all these changes in favour of cyclist and pedestrians? What you need to do is make cyclist take theory and practical tests on the rules of the road, and pass these tests the same as motorists have to do. I see cyclist all the time flouting the highway code rules.

Not going to happen, I have 50 cycle bays at work, top shower rooms and facilities and less than 10 (out of 1000) people use bikes, stop wasting my money

I would suggest a segregated cycle route along all arterial routes out of the city. Ie, Coventry road, Warwick Road, Moseley Road, Dudley Road, Great Hampton Street, Hagley Road
